my liver enzymes test result in these numbers 123 s/b less than 22 342 s/b up to 150 1888 s/b 12-43 I am not a drinker

These tests show elevated liver enzymes. This can show hepatitis either viral hepatitis or alcoholic hepatitis. You should also do an ultrasound to check its structure and also do hepatitis tests.
